At Nutravita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
